The Club Penguin National Capitol complex is a series of government buildings located in Downtown Club Penguin City.

After Club Penguin's independence from RI, the Club Penguin government decided on a capital. In the end they decided on one that would rival the ones in Gexon and the UK. A large team of workers was assembled. Finally, in 1790, the complex was finished.

All buildings in the complex are open for tours. Sometimes, school groups could come to the complex to be taught a leadership lesson by a government official.
